AccuPower® Diarrhea V1 & V2 Real-Time RT-PCR Kit (체외 제허 21-859호)는 바이러스성 급성설사 환자의 분변(Stool) 검체에서 노로바이러스(Norovirus), 아데노바이러스(Adenovirus), 로타바이러스(Rotavirus), 아스트로바이러스(Astrovirus), 사포바이러스(Sapovirus) 유전자를 실시간 역전사중합효소연쇄반응법 (Real-time RT-PCR)으로 정성하여 바이러스성 급성설사 감염 여부 진단에 도움을 주는 체외진단의료기기입니다.
급성 설사질환은 전세계적으로 호흡기 감염에 이어 가장 흔하게 보고되는 질병 중 하나입니다. 특히 감염성 설사 질환은 2차적인 전파를 야기할 수 있으므로 정확한 진단이 중요합니다.
본 키트는 급성 설사의 원인 바이러스인 Norovirus(GI/GII), Rotavirus, Enteric adenovirus, Astrovirus, Sapovirus를 동시에 검출하여 진단에 도움을 줍니다.
